This book was written with Jacobs' usual style and humor, but it lacked a lot. He didn't get into any of the health options he tried or give us any real information on their effectiveness. The book was just a litany of "this exists. I tried it for a couple days, just to be sure it's actually a thing that exists." Furthermore, most of what he did is old news to anyone who's looking into healthy lifestyles. He doesn't give any new information or even very good personal experiences, because he's always rushing off to try the next thing on his list. I suppose it would be useful to someone who just wants a broad overview of what's out there without any in depth information, but other than that, it's a pretty useless book.
